What are your serving tips?

Triple Berry Cakes

Refrigerate your Triple Berry Cake until ready to be enjoyed, or take out no more than 30 minutes prior to serving.

Cakes

All other cakes are best served at room temperature. We recommend you take it out 1 to 2 hours prior to serving, depending on the size of the cake. This will allow the cake time to soften and reach its optimum flavor.

Pies

Pies should be refrigerated and taken out 1 hour prior to serving. Best served at room temperature or warmed at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Cheesecakes

Refrigerate your cheesecake until ready to be enjoyed, or take out no more than 30 minutes prior to serving.

Leftovers

We suggest refrigerating any leftovers, and enjoy within 3 days of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What if I'm scheduled to pick it up in less than 48 hours?

You can still try contacting the store where you are scheduled to pick up your order, and they may be able to help you. However if the cake size you have ordered is larger than 9", then unfortunately we will probably be unable to refund it.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do! You can schedule a delivery through our website. Click on the Available Now button to begin your order. We also have partnerships with Ubereats and Doordash.

Do you ship your cakes and pies?

Our desserts are made using only the freshest organic ingredients, free of preservatives and artificial fillers. When shipped, sadly they do not live up to our standards upon arrival. We are exploring alternative shipping options and hope to find a winning solution in the future, but until then, we do not offer shipping of any of our items.

Do you take international orders?

We apologize, but we are unable to process payments for international orders at this time.

Do you offer curbside pick up?

Curbside pick up is available at some stores, but not on holiday weekends and never at our Melrose/West Hollywood location. Please contact the store directly in advance of your arrival and they will let you know if curbside pick up is an option. Here is a list of our stores and their contact information.

I have a gift card, can I use it to place my order online?

If it is a physical plastic gift card, it can only be used in store. Here is a list of our stores.

I have a digital gift card, can I use it at the store?

Sorry, digital gift cards can only be used for online orders. Please enter the coupon code when you check out to apply your gift amount.

How can I gift someone a cake from your store?

You can schedule a delivery by clicking on the Available Now button to begin your order. We also have partnerships with Ubereats and Doordash.

If I have a nut allergy, can I enjoy your cakes?

Many of our items are nut free, but all of our items are made in a facility where nuts are used. This is a personal choice only you can make. Please feel free to contact the store directly if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Do you have any gluten free items?

Yes! We have a small selection of items made with gluten free ingredients such as our Chocolate Coconut Macaroons, Coconut Macaroons, Flourless Chocolate Walnut Cookies, and Flourless Chocolate Cake.

Do you have any vegan options?

We continue to make good things even better and are currently experimenting with new recipes, including vegan items. At present, we do not offer any vegan versions of our signature cakes or vegan items that meet our culinary standards. Please join our newsletter to be notified of future menu changes.

Can I order a Sweet Lady Jane cake for my wedding?

We have suspended taking wedding cake orders at this time due to the pandemic. Please join our newsletter to be notified of future service changes.

When are you serving breakfast and lunch again?

We have modified our business model and no longer offer in store dining.

Are you bringing back any other of the discontinued product flavors such as coconut, lemon, etc?

We have created a more seasonal menu allowing us to bring back certain favorites such as our Coconut Cake, Rugelach, Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, Peach Pie, Mixed Berry Pie, Blueberry Pie, Pecan Pie, Honey Cake, Apple Babka, Chocolate Babka, and Princess Cake. What if I'm scheduled to pick it up in less than 48 hours?

Unfortunately we are not always able to cancel / refund orders that are due to be picked up in less than 48 hours, particularly cakes that are larger then 9”. However you can still try contacting the store where you are scheduled to pick up your order and they may be able to help you.
